Timings
Hospitality admissions (Pavilion, Conservatory, Gazebo Village) at 5.30pm
Public admissions 6.00pm
Concerts start 7.30pm and finish at approx 10.15pm with fireworks.
On concert days gardens close to public at 5pm. Last entry on concert days is 4pm
Please note that the Wisley Cafe will also close at 4pm on concert days.

Family ticket (2 adults and 2 children, 6 - 16) - £105
Out of courtesy to fellow concert-goers children must be supervised at all times.

DISABLED GUESTS
Disabled guests: RHS attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer.

GOLD CIRCLE
There are a limited number of Gold Circle reserved seats at the front of the
arena, offering fabulous views of the stage. The Gold Circle area is enclosed
by picket fencing. A private lakeside picnic area has been designated for
Gold circle ticket holders a short distance from the Gold Circle seating
enclosure, so that patrons to not have to picnic in their seats. This can be
used pre-concert and during the interval. Belongings may be left here too,
as there will be event staff in attendance.
Patrons in the Gold Circle are asked not to use umbrellas as this does block
the view for other patrons in the rows behind. All Gold Circle guests will
be given free rain macs in the case of inclement weather.

No concessions/discounts/family tickets are available for Gold Circle seats.

REFUNDS/LOST TICKETS/RETURNS
We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds
Wisley are unable to take back tickets for resale.
Please note that concert ticket does not include entry to the Gardens during the day.

TICKET COLLECTIONS AND ON DAY BOX OFFICE
Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out by post from 1st March
2010. Tickets booked after that time will be sent out 2 working days after
booking is made.

Ticket Collection on site
After 9am on 2nd June any tickets bought through See over the
phone/internet are to be collected from the Ticket Collection Point on the
day of the event, located at Aber-conway Gate entrance. This will be open
from 5.00pm on each of the event days.
Buying tickets on the day: From 10am weekdays (9am Saturday) any unsold
tickets may be purchased from the Garden Entrance at RHS Garden Wisley until
5pm. From 5pm onwards the on site music festival box office will be open.
Payment forms: Cash, cheque with personal guarantee card.

Parking
Free parking is available on site. Patrons are asked to car share where
possible. Additional car parking is available in the Pavilion Car Park at
the Sports Grounds on Wisley Lane - this is particularly suitable for
customers coming from Woking, Pyrford and West Byfleet - and will ensure a
quick getaway after the concert.
Coach parking can be arranged. Group organisers should contact the groups
department on 01483 212 307/8.

Entrances
There are three public entrances: The Aberconway Gate, Catering Gate at and
Pavilion Gate for patrons parking at the Pavilion Sports Ground.

General Information
No seating is provided, except for Gold Circle seats. Please bring your own
folding chairs, if required, and picnic rugs.
The Gold Circle is enclosed by a picket fence. A separate area with lakeside
views has been designated for Gold Circle patons for picnicing, both
pre-concert and during the interval, where belongings may be left
(event staff are in attendance). In case of inclement weather Gold Circle
patrons will be issued with free rain macs and are kindly asked not to put
up umbrellas during the concert.
Out of courtesy to your fellow concert-goers, only low tables are allowed.
Please bring a torch for use at the end of the evening.
For reasons of safety barbecues and candles may not be brought into the Garden.
Naked flames are not permitted.
Flash photography, videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.

ACCESS POLICY
Blue badge parking is available. Please note however that spaces cannot be reserved.

Wheelchairs will be available at the entrance to the Music Festival. No need
